Kende’lyn Thompson is a Client Relations Specialist at The Noles Group, where she focuses on building strong relationships and delivering a high level of care throughout the client experience. She is passionate about helping individuals and families feel supported, informed, and confident as they navigate their financial journey.
In her role, Kende’lyn serves as a key liaison between clients and the firm, ensuring communication is seamless and every interaction reflects the firm’s commitment to personal service. She plays an integral part in maintaining client satisfaction by providing timely support, coordinating with advisors, and helping create a smooth and consistent experience.
Kende’lyn earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Computing Technology Applications from The University of Alabama and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Management Information Systems at The University of Alabama at Birmingham. In addition to her work at The Noles Group, she serves in the Army National Guard as a Logistics Officer, where she has developed strong leadership, organization, and operational planning skills.
She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and is deeply committed to service, leadership, and making a positive impact in her community. Kende’lyn brings that same passion into her professional work, striving to create meaningful and lasting relationships with the clients she serves.
